Sandbox file tool guidance incorrectly states paths resolve against host workspace
증상
Commit 2bf33077 added incorrect guidance to the sandbox system prompt claiming file tools (read/write/edit/apply_patch) resolve paths against the host workspace. In reality, all file tools use SandboxFsBridge which executes via docker exec inside the container.
원인
Container permission, networking, or environment variable misconfiguration inside the sandbox.

- 로그: docker logs로 에러 확인
- 리소스 제한: 메모리/CPU 충분한지 확인
