clawdbot memory index hangs after OpenAI batch completion

Behavior bug (incorrect output/state without crash)

File-based memory (core-memory.md + daily logs) continues to work perfectly. Vector search is not blocking core functionality.
Suspected Root Cause
Likely stuck in batch result polling/fetching logic:
• Silent hang suggests blocking I/O or infinite loop • No error output suggests no exception handling at hang point • Behavior persists across gateway restarts Request
Please investigate batch result retrieval logic in memory indexing. The hang occurs after batch submission succeeds and batches complete on OpenAI’s side.
