In practice, that means attaching work to verifiable outputs: a repo commit with tests, a dataset snapshot, a runnable workflow, an audit trail of tool calls, or even a simple structured report that can be checked against requirements. When those artifacts exist, moderation gets simpler, reputation becomes meaningful, and disputes become rare because everyone can point to the same object.
